Hydraulic Chucks :- Hydraulic chucks use a center drawnut to pull or push a sliding wedge mechanism, which moves the master jaws in or out. Attached to the master jaws are removable jaws that clamp the workpiece.There are two types of chuck top jaws: hardened pre-formed jaws, or soft jaws. You must cut soft jaws to fit the workpiece.

hydraulic chucks feature an internal piston that pressurizes hydraulic fluid in a chamber surrounding the holder bore. High pressure is uniformly applied to grip 360° around the tool shank, securing cutting tools with excellent precision.

Power Chuck :- Chucks are manufactured from high grade alloy steel. Three jaw wedge style power chucks deliver up to 20% more speed, gripping force and bore size when compared to conventional chucks.

Power chucks are chucks for cutting and/or grinding machining on machine tools or machining centers. In contrast to manual chucks, the clamping jaws are opened and closed automatically. A hydraulic/pneumatic cylinder is controlled by the machine and actuates the opening/closing mechanism of the lathe chucks.

Diaphragm Chuck :- Diaphragm chucks were initially developed to reduce a bore-grinding process that was typically required after a gear is heat treated. Diaphragm chucks for turning centers apply the principle of elastic deformation in expanding, contracting and using resistance to hold workpieces in place

High precision Diaphragm Chucks are excellent for grinding or hard turning operations that require high precision.

These chucks are very accurate with repeatability <.0001” (.003mm). Depending on the diameter, these chucks can also grip on the ID of the part for OD grinding or machining.

Face Clamping Chuck  :- These chucks have been specially designed for machining of components by clamping them on the face. The large swivel angle facilitates easy loading and unloading of the components. The swiveling jaws are mounted on compensating spider. The modular design enables the length of the arm and height of the jaws to be altered easily. These features impart a lot of  flexibility in work holding and also offer versatility at a low cost. All the sliding parts are provided with lubricating nipples and are guarded against swarf and ingress of dirt to ensure a long trouble free life.

Roller Cage for Gears

Our designed Roller Cage/Pin Cage is very sturdy, with solid Rollers which have freedom of rotation about its own axis as well as flexibility in locating diameter, so that wear of Rollers & breakage of roller cage is minimum. The Cage is made out of High-Grade Steel Material Hardness 60 to 62 HRC for longer life. Use of Roller cages for a perfect location and minimum PCD runout is a great help for mass production of Gears These Roller Cages are tailor-made for each gear. The Roller diameter and its PCD are made to suit each Gear Data. The Roller is located in each tooth gap so that clamping becomes easier and also ensures perfect location on PCD of Gear thus reducing the runout between bore & PCD of Gears. Normally after the heat treatment of Gears, the internal grinding of bore posses a great problem of PCD location. We have solved this problem with the state of the art design of the Roller cage.
