Special Purpose Machines (SPMs)
are machines that are not available off the shelf. These machines are not covered under standard manufacturing programs and must, therefore, be designed and tailor-made to meet the specific requirements of the customer. They are also referred to as bespoke machines.

Fully Automatic CO2 Welding Machine
A specialized welding SPM is designed for actuator tube welding with an Acme nut and two washers. It features a locking tube for concentric welding and ensures zero backlash. To prevent the Acme washer from melting, current and time are carefully controlled. Pneumatic cylinders with locating pins maintain alignment. The machine operates with two torches, welding simultaneously using a Servo and HMI-controlled system. The welding cycle time is 85 seconds for 16 holes.
Multiple Actuator Torque- RPM Testing SPM
The system enables quick extension and compression of actuators with an auto-cycle feature for complete operation and testing using a Servo Drive and HMI system.
The extended and compressed lengths are measurable within the system. It offers an adjustable RPM range from 10 to 60, with a cycle time of 120 seconds.
Vision Based TRACEBILITY AUTOMATION SYSTEMS
The HMI unit displays flywheel specifications and performs checks, including counting the number of teeth and chamfers for different flywheel types.
It features photographic detection for flywheel identification and scans part numbers, printing a barcode upon cycle completion. An admin fingerprint-based control system ensures secure operation.
EV GEARBOX TESTING SPM
The HMI unit allows selection and display of various RPM settings for gearbox testing, including forward and reverse modes. It features an automatic oil filling and draining system. A dB meter measures gearbox noise at peak speeds of up to 6500 RPM, while a torque transducer checks input and output torque. The system includes an easy and quick loading arrangement for all gearboxes and is fully automated for seamless functioning and testing.
AUTOMATIC COIL WINDING SPM
The Automatic Coil Winding SPM is designed for high-accuracy winding of stainless steel coils (⌀52 mm to ⌀150 mm) with precise serration mark alignment. Featuring adjustable speed and rotation counting, it ensures consistent and accurate coil formation for refinery heat exchangers. This machine enhances productivity by eliminating manual effort and reducing the risk of worker injuries, resulting in improved efficiency and product precision.
POKA YOKE AND QR CODE PRINTING STATION
The HMI unit displays part specifications and performs checks, ensuring the correct pin type based on part variants and traceability. It uses photographic scanning for detecting different types of elbow parts. The system scans part numbers and prints barcodes upon cycle completion, with an admin fingerprint-based control system for secure access.
Oil Spinning Unit
The Oil Spinning Unit is designed to efficiently remove excess oil and unwanted dust particles from finished components by rotating them at controlled RPMs. It features an HMI and PLC-based system for automated operation, ensuring consistency and ease of use. The unit allows adjustable RPM settings to cater to different component requirements and includes a part counter facility for tracking production. Integrated safety parameters ensure secure operation, while process status indicators provide real-time updates with in-process and completion signal lights. T
Auto Oil Dipping Unit
The Auto Oil Dipping Unit is designed to automatically immerse components into oil for lubrication or protective coating purposes. It ensures consistent oil application by controlling dipping time, oil level, and temperature, offering precision and reducing human intervention. The unit typically features an HMI and PLC-based control system for ease of operation and monitoring. Adjustable settings allow for customization based on component size and type.
